Link into HR Consulting® Business Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 11th 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Business”, “you”, “your”) and Globus HR Consulting Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), the owner and operator of the Link into HR Consulting® Platform (“the Platform”).


By registering for an account and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not
use the Platform.


1. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform provides businesses with access to a vetted network of independent HR consultants, coaches, and people
professionals (“Consultants”). The purpose is to enable you to find and connect with appropriate expertise for projects, retainers, or interim support.


2. Account Registration and Use
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Access to the Platform is granted to you solely for your internal business use and may not be shared or transferred.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.


3. Non-Circumvention
You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass or circumvent the Platform by contacting a Consultant
directly after discovering them through the Platform, engaging a Consultant outside the Platform without our prior written consent, or introducing a Consultant to a third party for engagement outside the Platform.
This restriction applies once you have set up an account on this platform.


4. Finder’s Fee and Remedies for Breach

Terms of Use for Businesses | Effective Date: 11th October 2025
4.1. If you engage a consultant in breach of Clause 3 (Non-Circumvention), you agree to pay us a fixed Finder’s Fee of £2,500 (+VAT) per consultant engaged. This fee applies regardless of the total fees paid or agreed to be paid to the Consultant.
4.2. The Finder’s Fee is payable within 14 days of the date we notify you of the breach.
4.3. We reserve the right to remove your organisation from the Platform, suspend your account, and/or pursue legal action if you breach this clause.
4.4. Interest on overdue amounts shall accrue at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from the due date until payment is received in full.


5. Engagement of Consultants
All Consultants on the Platform are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Globus HR Consulting Ltd.

Any engagement entered into between you and a consultant is a direct contractual arrangement between those parties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from the services provided by a consultant.

All consultants have professional indemnity insurance and have been approved by our team. We also have a feedback system to capture your feedback about consultants and a quality control process to maintain high standards of service .


6. Fees and Payments
Access to the Platform may be subject to membership or subscription fees, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of sign-up.
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, attempt to circumvent the Platform, fail to pay any fees due, or conduct yourself in a way that damages the reputation of the
Platform or the Consultants.


Termination does not affect our right to recover any Finder’s Fees or other sums due under these Terms.


8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
You agree to keep all information about consultants and their profiles strictly confidential and not share it with third parties without our written consent.
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.


9. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Platform on an “as is” basis and make no guarantees as to the suitability, quality, or outcomes of any Consultant engagement.


The platform is supplied by Paramino Ltd and as such any liability for the system and losses occurred due to technical issues is their liability as per the terms for us of the platform.


10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
