Who we are
At Globus HR Consulting Ltd we are committed to maintaining trust and confidence for all of our website visitors. We will never sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes. For that reason, in this Privacy Policy there is lots of information on when and why we collect your personal data and how we use it.
Types of data we collect
Website Cookies

Google Analytics
When someone visits leapintoconsulting.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Mailing Lists
In order to sign up for our webinars, training courses or other events, you will be directed from our website either to the ticketing website Eventbrite, or to the Kajabi platform which hosts our training material, both of which will collect your personal data on our behalf. We will use this information to communicate with you but we do not rent or trade our email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use our hosting platform, Kajabi, to deliver our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications to you.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of our emails.
Ticketing Data
When you sign up to one of our events or training courses, either via the Kajabi platform or Eventbrite, your name, address, email and contact number (whichever you enter at the time) will be stored in our Capsule customer management system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company and this is only used to talk to you as a customer or provide information that you need or may be interested in as a customer of GlobusHR Consulting Ltd and Leap into Consulting.
Third Parties
Your information is only accessible to third parties which help us to manage our business, such as our Accountants, our Customer Relationship System (Capsule), Ticketing (Eventbrite), Diary Bookings (Calendly), Accounting (Xero), and Web Hosting (Create.net).
Some of our events may be presented in partnership with other companies, such as Smarter Business Consulting Ltd. We will let them know about your booking for our events or training courses and on arrival for courses, you may share your name and contact details.
Please rest assured that none of the above partners are able to contact you unless you tell them this is acceptable. We will not share sensitive information or your payment details. This is something you will control.
