By automating as much as you can within your consultancy, right from the very start, you can free up time to enable you to be as effective as possible.

There are two key areas that automation can make a huge difference, being:

1. Business operations – eg sales cycles, finance
2. Client services and products

Sarah goes into further detail on why automation is so important, the different ways that it can be used, and why it’s essential to get these sorts of systems in place as early on in your business as possible.

Something which is all over the media now is Chat GPT. Sarah recently attended a three day course to find out what it can do, and it does so much more than writes content, or acts as another google. She will be running a webinar soon about this.
