In this episode Sarah Hamilton-Gill FCIPD makes her 2022 predictions. 2022 is set to be a very busy year for HR consultants, with the market place still in flux, the aftermath of Brexit and the continuing issues with Covid.

Sarah gives great hints and tips on how you can work on your business now, so that you can maximise opportunities moving forward. Planning is key to all of this.

Sarah’s guest is Bootcamp Graduate Lisa Griffiths of Meraki HR & OD Consulting. Lisa started off as an HR generalist but as a consultant her niche is working with medium to large businesses.

Consulting has brought to Lisa the flexibility and freedom to do what she enjoys, whilst being able to work with businesses with a similar ethos to her. This shows in the name of her business which is Meraki. The meaning being connecting and doing something with soul, creativity or love; putting some of you into all that you do.

Lisa also talks about what new learnings she has made along the journey, such as a creative side and the need for networking and being a member of carefully chosen groups such as the Institute of Directors, Wales Chamber and Federation of Small Businesses. Lisa believes that the Leap into HR Consulting Virtual Bootcamp played an integral part in this, and continues to do so, with the community created, sharing ideas, asking for advice and general support.
